North Lake Supply Adds Tiyahnn Bryant as Member of Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Board

Updated: Mar 11, 2022

North Lake Supply, a New Jersey-based adult use cannabis applicant, announced today the addition of Tiyahnn Bryant as a member of their Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Board. Bryant launched, and is the CEO of, Roll Up Life, a technology-based cannabis company that offers a unique and secure delivery experience which covers all transportation needs for growers, dispensaries and consumers in New Jersey. He is also the Vice President of Minorities 4 Medical Marijuana’s New Jersey Chapter, and has been tapped by The New Jersey Cannabis Project (NJCP), a social equity business incubator for New Jersey equity applicants launched by Lantern, to help teach its first cohort on the ins and outs of cannabis delivery operations.

“Tiyahnn’s resume, at such an early stage in his professional career, speaks volumes about his involvement in the local and national cannabis community, and more importantly, minorities who have been negatively impacted by the war on drugs. As advocates for minorities and disadvantaged communities getting involved in the New Jersey cannabis industry, we were really excited when Tiyahnn accepted our proposal to join our advisory board. We knew he would be great at helping us do the important work of giving back to those communities, and ensuring North Lake Supply stands for what we believe in; diversity, social equity, and inclusion in cannabis.” said President and Founder, Alex Kleynshvag.

New Jersey faces a variety of challenges and criticisms around diversity and inclusion in cannabis, and there are a lot of eyes on the Cannabis Regulatory Commission monitoring their every move regarding conditional applications and the opportunity for impact on minorities and economically disadvantaged communities. As a woman-owned and veteran-led business, North Lake Supply takes diversity and inclusion seriously. The company's goal is to ensure that their plans and involvement in the local community reach those economically disadvantaged communities and minorities alike through event sponsorship, education programming, and donating to charitable organizations.

“I’m excited to be on board to help North Lake Supply strategize and diversify. We’re eager to see the good we can bring to our local communities and the entire state of New Jersey. We expect to establish a strong culture, and be a beacon within our home state.” said Mr. Bryant.
