North Lake Supply Adds Garrett Cropsey, PMP to Cannabis Cultivation & Manufacturing Advisory Board

North Lake Supply, a New Jersey-based adult-use cannabis applicant, announced today the addition of Garrett Cropsey, PMP as a member of their Cultivation & Manufacturing Advisory Board. Cropsey brings 8 years of cannabis industry experience, including time spent in the ground-breaking Colorado cannabis market and consulting for cannabis businesses across the country. He is currently the Operations Manager at PureCannalabs, the consulting arm of PurePressure, a leading manufacturer of solventless cannabis extraction equipment. PurePressure was recently acquired by Agrify.


Alex Kleynshvag, President of North Lake Supply, says, “We intend on being a leading cultivator and manufacturer of consumable cannabis products including inhalable rosins, tinctures, and cartridges. Knowing that the process and output are rather new in the cannabis space, we knew Garrett would be able to connect us with the right people and offer knowledge from his experience in the industry.”


North Lake Supply intends to produce high-quality flower and solventless extracts for the legal adult-use market in New Jersey using the flower that they produce in their existing greenhouse facility in Sussex County, New Jersey to manufacture solventless cannabis products.

About Garrett Cropsey


Garrett’s experience in cannabis brings scientific, academic, and analytical skills to the North Lake Supply Advisory Board. Garrett was first introduced to cannabis culture and the power of the plant while studying Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Colorado - Boulder. His degree led him to work in several industries, including pharmaceutical manufacturing, before making the transition to cannabis, where he started as Inventory Manager for multi-licensed Headquarters Cannabis Co. in the Boulder area.


After spending the last four and a half years at Canna Advisors, an industry-leading cannabis consultancy where he was a Senior Project Manager, Mr. Cropsey has recently found himself in the equipment manufacturing side of cannabis at PureCannalabs, the consulting arm of PurePressure. There he oversees client projects involving SOPs, training, and lab design for both new and existing solventless cannabis extraction brands and businesses.


In support of his career in cannabis, Mr. Cropsey has also served for three years on the Scientific Advisory Committee of the National Cannabis Industry Association; been published in Maximum Yield Magazine and Cannabis Business Times; and, hosted webinars on cannabis science and regulatory compliance. Garrett also recently received certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP), all of which has served to not only increase his knowledge of cannabis but also build his confidence planning and executing large and complex projects within the space..


Bolstered by his previous background in scientific research, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and licensed cannabis operations, Garrett’s scientific approach to cannabis cultivation and manufacturing will help the team set a new standard for organic production, compliance with the state of New Jersey, and efficient operations across the organization.
