Inna Kirikova

CEO

Inna Kirikova immigrated to the United States from Ukraine and went on to establish a career as an accountant in the Advertising, Manufacturing, and Legal industries. With degrees in both Literature and Accounting, Inna’s diverse and cultured background provides a unique perspective that North Lake Supply previously lacked.

In her current role at Borah, Goldstein, Altshuler, Nahins & Goidel P.C., Ms. Kirikova handles all month-end closing duties including financial statement review, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. Her role also includes cash forecasting and handling of wire transfers and bank deposits for the firm.

Inna received a Master’s Degree in Literature in Ukraine before attaining an Associate Degree in Accounting from the Taylor Business Institute. Additionally, Ms. Kirikova achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the Walsh Business College. Inna is multi-lingual and fluent in English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Polish.

Aleksandr Kleynshvag

President, Founder

Alex is a U.S. Navy veteran, co-founder, and owner of North Lake Supply. He has made a career in real estate and real estate development by purchasing and restoring homes for resale while continuing to add residential and commercial properties to his portfolio. Alex brings exceptional talent and expertise in the areas of Leadership, Teamwork, and Problem-solving developed in the military.


While serving as a FMF Corpsman in the U.S. Navy, Alex was deployed with a Shock Trauma Platoon serving alongside the Marines during Operation Unified Protector through an extended tour in Libya. During his deployment, Mr. Kleynshvag’s unit maintained the only level 1 trauma center in the Mediterranean Sea which was imperative to stabilize patients and reroute them to land-based medical facilities.


Mr. Kleynshvag received the following medals and commendations during his service: Sea Service Medal, Deployment Medal, NATO Medal, Operation Unified Protector Medal (Libya Operations), Good Conduct Medal, Navy Commendations Medal, Global War on Terror Medal, Expeditionary Global War on Terror Medal, and the National Defense Medal.

Josh Rivas

VP of Cultivation

Josh Rivas has spent the last 6 years devoted to learning and excelling in the cannabis industry. His cannabis career started at Greenleaf Compassion Center, the first medical cannabis dispensary in New Jersey, and he now manages the cannabis cultivation operations for one of the fastest growing cannabis companies in the country.

Currently Mr. Rivas is the Cultivation Manager at Ascend Wellness in New Jersey where he oversees a team of nearly 30 people. Josh’s cultivation expertise ranges the entire lifecycle of the plant; from cloning and propagation to transplanting, harvesting, trimming and curing. He also oversees grow room set-up, lighting, climate control, nutrient mixtures, watering and irrigation, IPM, and quality control for Ascend’s 20,000+ square foot cultivation facility in Franklin, New Jersey.

In 2017, Mr. Rivas received the Leadership Award from Greenleaf Compassion Center, “In recognition of your dedication, efforts, and abilities to help guide your fellow workers.”. Coupled with exceptional leadership skills and familiarity with current state cannabis regulations, Josh’s experience in the New Jersey medical cannabis industry will prove to be invaluable.

Charmaine Van Wingerden

    VP of Operations

    Charmaine Van Wingerden owns and operates several businesses in Augusta, New Jersey and is an active member within the community. Her experience in the banking, agricultural, retail, and construction industries have established key long-standing relationships in northern New Jersey. 

    After graduating high school, Charmaine went on to attend William Paterson University where she studied Accounting & Finance while starting a career in the mortgage industry. In 1995, Mrs. Van Wingerden and her husband Bill opened Augusta Hill Farms in Augusta, NJ which commercially grows bedding plants, annual flowers, and hanging baskets. The 78-acre farm also includes a community garden center which supplies the local community with vegetables, eggs, and flowers. 

    In addition to the farm, Charmaine and her husband Bill also own and operate Newmar Contracting, a contracting company specializing in excavation, site work, and concrete. Mrs. Van Wingerden is responsible for all administrative duties for both companies including payroll, vendor management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and customer service. North Lake Supply will retrofit and lease the 42,000+ square foot greenhouse currently owned by Charmaine and Bill on Augusta Hill Farms.

    Dan Saita

    VP of Sales, Co-Founder

    Dan Saita conceptualized North Lake Supply in 2018 alongside Alex Kleynshvag becoming a co-founder and owner. He brings nearly ten years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Branding with six of them being in the cannabis industry. In addition to the cannabis industry, Dan has also held several roles at start-ups in the digital advertising, marketing, and technology industries.

    At his current role at Grow Glide, an international cannabis Vertical Racking company, Dan is focused on expanding Grow Glide's reach, both domestically and internationally. Previously Mr. Saita held Sales and Marketing roles at Calyx Containers, The Cannabis Marketing Lab and Cultivate Colorado where he developed marketing campaigns and implemented corporate sales initiatives.

    Dan attended Colgate University, where he was recruited to play football, and graduated with an undergraduate degree in Studio Art and Creative Writing. The industry experience and creative talents that Dan possesses will prove to be of significant value to North Lake Supply and their go-to-market strategy.

    Matt Watkins

    VP of Finance

    Matt Watkins brings financial acumen in the areas of accounting, valuation, financial planning, and business administration. Mr. Watkins has nearly ten years of finance and accounting experience and has held roles in the manufacturing, hospitality, e-commerce, and prepaid card industries.

    At his current role at Wolfe, a technology incubator based in Pittsburgh, Matt oversees the accounting department and is responsible for all aspects of financial planning & analysis including financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting. Since joining the company, he has been a part of launching 5 technology companies, of which Sentral was acquired by PNC Bank in September 2020.

    Matt attended the University of Pittsburgh where he earned an undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics before going on to attain his M.B.A. from Duquesne University with a concentration in Management. In addition to his role at Wolfe, Matt is also the CEO and Founder of Trajectory Consulting Group - a management consulting firm that works with startups and seed-stage companies. Trajectory Consulting Group works with companies across several industries including crowdfunding, foodservice, digital marketing, technology, and employee staffing. Matt’s experience in private equity-backed, high-growth companies as well as those operating in highly regulated industries is of great benefit to North Lake Supply.
